Success! The Trademark I filed for Bigshot’s HERE THERE Bear has been published without opposition. Since filing, we successfully completed the Kickstarter and presold even more Bears. The project has therefore been used in commerce already, and I can now file a Statement of Use with the USPTO to support the trademark application and move it through to the final stage.
